My name is Sored, I’m Venezuelan and I am the creator of Sored Hall Studio. Welcome to my art journey inspired by my faith! I hope you are also inspired to create your own art.
My husband and I became parents when we recently moved to the US and being in this new phase of my life as a stay home mom gave me the opportunity to concentrate my attention in my family and my personal relationship with God. I found that reading the bible was giving me the inspiration to create so I started writing Bible quotes in calligraphy.
Watercolors have been a wonderful way for me to relax and pay attention to my surroundings using different techniques and watching all of the colors blend.
We first lived in Seattle, WA for a few years, our daughter was born here and so did my business. We moved to New York City for a little bit over a year in 2017 and this amazing city gave me the opportunity to teach my watercolor and lettering skills to a lot of people. Thanks to my husband’s job, now we get to travel to different cities around the U.S., we had the pleasure to live in the great North West Coast exactly in the Seattle area and now we are living our new adventure in Dallas, Texas. I can’t wait to see what God has for my art! Stay tuned!
